After a rocky start, Bentonville West has vaulted back into the Arkansas Media High School Football Poll, jumping to No. 8 in the poll, along with fellow newcomer Class 6A Benton, who is ninth.
North Little Rock is still at the top, followed by Bryant, Fayetteville and Conway, who fell from second down to fourth.
Class 6A Greenwood is No. 5 followed by Fort Smith Northside, then Class 5A Pulaski Academy.
Class 4A Warren remains in the poll at 10th as the lowest classification team ranked in the overall poll.
