Hogs will play at home four times in fall schedule

FAYETTEVILLE — As part of its eight-game fall slate, Arkansas will play four of its five competition dates on its home field at Bogle Park.

The Razorbacks open the fall season Wed., Oct. 4 against Crowder and close out October with a doubleheader at defending back-to-back NCAA champion Oklahoma.

All games at Bogle Park are open and free to the public.

The Razorbacks’ 2017-18 roster features a four-member senior class that includes A.J. Belans, Tori Cooper, Loren Krzysko and Autumn Russell.

Each senior ranked among the top five hitters (batting average) in Arkansas’ lineup last season.

Coach Courtney Deifel is set to begin her third season in Fayetteville.

In her first season in Cardinal and White, Belans was a member of the All-SEC Second Team and rising sophomore Autumn Storms earned All-SEC and NFCA All-Region accolades for her work in the circle. Collectively, the Razorbacks belted 59 home runs which ranked second in the conference and tied for 17th in the NCAA.
