Georgia quarterback JT Daniels was a late scratch due to an injury that makes throwing painful and enter Stetson Bennett, who came on the second half of the opener last year to energize the Bulldogs’ win.

Arkansas won the opening toss and deferred to the second half.

1Q 12:39: Now there may be a quarterback controversy in Athens if this continues. Bennett directs a 9-play, 75-yard drive that lasted 4:14 with Zamir White walking into the end zone up the middle from 3 yards out. Georgia 7, Hogs 0

1Q 4:42: Georgia is showing the Razorbacks what a ground-and-pound offense looks like. The Hogs look like they did against Rice, committing two straight penalties, backing the offense up and going nowhere. Then the Bulldogs go 56 yards in 10 plays with Kendall Milton getting the final yard behind a gigantic mass of humanity that was playing offensive line on the goal line. Georgia 14, Hogs 0

1Q 4:30: Just when Hog fans didn’t think it could get any worse, there’s another blocked punt and this time it cost them a touchdown. Dan Jackson blocked the punt coming through and White fell on it in the end zone. This is getting out of hand fast. Georgia 21, Hogs 0

2Q 12:17: After the Hogs get some offense trickling down the field with a couple of key runs by KJ Jefferson, freshman Cam Little missed his first field goal of the year, from 37 yards out. Georgia 21, Hogs 0

2Q 7:38: Georgia starting to just control the game keeping the ball on the ground as Arkansas can’t get any offense moving against the Bulldogs. Jack Podlesny kicks a 46-yard field goal to cap a 9-play, 51-yard drive. Georgia 24, Hogs 0

3Q 10:05: Then penalties continue with the Hogs taking the second half kickoff and accumulating movement penalties and failing to get a single first down complicated by a shanked punt. Georgia takes the short field and moves 33 yards in 10 plays settling for a 30-yard field goal by Podlesny. Georgia 27, Hogs 0
