DETROIT, Mich. —  Making its third NCAA Tournament appearance in a four-year span for the first time in 10 years, No. 7-seed Arkansas tips off with No. 10-seed Butler on Friday in the first round of the NCAA Tournament in Detroit at 2:10 p.m. at Little Caesars Arena.
