The Razorbacks are sending a big group to the NFL this fall.
Seventeen former Arkansas football players earned spots on 53-man rosters ahead of the 2026 season and the league confirmed the news Sunday evening.
This group marks the largest NFL class for the Hogs since 2023.
That year 19 former Arkansas players held active roster spots around the league.
Four Razorbacks made their first NFL roster after finishing their first training camp. Quarterback Taylen Green landed with the Cleveland Browns.
Offensive lineman Fernando Carmona earned a spot with the Tennessee Titans. Defensive back Julian Neal made the Seattle Seahawks and running back Mike Washington Jr. joined the Las Vegas Raiders.
Green and Washington stand as the only Arkansas alums at their positions this season. Linebacker Dre Greenlaw of the San Francisco 49ers holds that same distinction at his spot.
Arkansas’ secondary sent three players to active rosters this year. Neal joined Montaric Brown with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Kamren Curl with the Los Angeles Rams.
The Hogs also placed two players on the defensive line as Landon Jackson heads to the Buffalo Bills and John Ridgeway III signed with the New Orleans Saints.
Defensive lineman Deatrich Wise Jr. made the Washington Commanders roster too but he’ll start the year on the Physically Unable to Perform list.
Offense sends linemen skill players and kickers
Arkansas’ offensive line placed two more names on NFL rosters this fall. Hjalte Froholdt will suit up for the Arizona Cardinals and Beaux Limmer signed with the Los Angeles Rams.
Both join Carmona among the Razorbacks’ offensive linemen in the league.
At tight end the Hogs placed Hunter Henry with the New England Patriots and Feleipe Franks with the Carolina Panthers.
Wide receivers Treylon Burks and Isaac TeSlaa also made rosters this year. Burks plays for the Washington Commanders while TeSlaa joined the Detroit Lions.
Arkansas’ kicking game carries plenty of NFL talent too.
Jake Bates will handle kicking duties for the Detroit Lions and Cam Little does the same for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Both round out the list of 17 former Hogs on active rosters this fall.
Season opener features two former Hogs
The 2026 NFL season kicks off Wednesday Sept. 9. There will be a couple of former Razorbacks playing in the game.
Hunter Henry and the New England Patriots will face Julian Neal and the Seattle Seahawks at 7:20 p.m. on NBC.
